Return Policy
We will always endeavor to supply you with the best products available and our customers recognize that fact so requests for returns are quite rare. However we understand there are exceptions to the rule and we attend to them. We require that you send us an email or call beforehand with your requests for return to see if your request falls under our covered terms. The following conditions apply.
No goods may be returned without prior authorization by us.
Application for return of goods must be made to us within eight (8) days from receipt of goods.
Return charges on Shipping and Handling are to be met by the buyer except in the case where we deem the reasons for return are due to errors made by us.
Goods lost in transit: we must be informed within eight (8) days of the non-receipt of goods. Failure to do so will result in the claim being classified as unacceptable.
Goods accepted for return as a result of the Buyer's error will attract the original delivery costs plus a 30 per cent restocking fee and any return charges if applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of certain items if we feel for any reason that the nature of the return violates the nature of our business policies.
