I) The Purchaser, The Buyer refers to customers of the website and services offered. II) The Seller refers to the management and owners of the EveryBicycleTire.com website. III) Products refer to bicycle tires, wheels and any other items that are offered for sale by the Seller.
1. All contracts of sale are accepted by the Seller subject to these terms and conditions specified by the Seller.
2. Acceptance is conditional upon the availability of the Products, at the sole discretion of the Seller. Acceptance of the delivery of the Products constitutes acceptance of these stipulated terms and conditions.
2. All prices quoted on the EveryBicycleTire.com website, in advertisement brochures, correspondence, price lists, or promotional material are liable to confirmation at the time of order.
3. All goods should be paid for at the time of the order*, this will apply unless the Purchaser has an approved credit account with the Seller. If the Purchaser has an approved credit account, Payment for the Goods delivered shall be not later than a period of 30 days from the date of invoice. The Seller maintains the right to charge interest from the date of invoice on all sums due at a rate deemed suitable until payment is received. At its discretion the Seller may cancel or amend any credit limit granted previously.
4. Risk in the goods shall pass to the Buyer as soon as the Products are delivered to the Purchaser.
5. The Seller may provide an indication of an arrival time of the goods purchased at the Purchaser's premises. This estimated time of arrival is only a guide and no responsibility will be accepted for lateness.
6. These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with laws of the United States of America and other laws where applicable.
We reserve the right to alter these listed terms and conditions when and where we deem necessary.
For the safety and security of our customers and employees, credit cards are charged at the time of sale unless prior arrangements are made.
