In a lot of cases, overnite shipping is
not very expensive, but we can only offer it on
tires from our three biggest suppliers. If you
are in a really big hurry, call 1 888 268-6408
and double check on product availability. Our
suppliers do not mind us at all checking with
them for product status.
We will endeavor to process orders as soon as payment has been
received and confirmed. Please note however that the majority of
our products are drop-shipped by our shipping partners to our
respective clients. This procedure is in order to reduce
inventory costs and cut down on the cost of our products so our
clients get the best quality for the most reasonable prices
available.
We will always try to send an estimate of the time it will take
to receive your order when quoting. Please note
that drop-shipping may be subject to minimal delays which might
prevent the receipt of your package within the estimated time
period. We will not be held liable for any losses that might be
incurred due to the delay of your shipment for logistic reasons.
If the delivery of the products you order is time-critical we
advise you to inform us beforehand so we can see if arrangements
can be made to deliver your package with an express shipping
option.
Overnite shipping doesn't always mean
"overnight". Depending on where you live and the
time of day you order, packages may take a

We like to ship overseas. Most of our products can be sent
anywhere in the world. Before purchasing, please read below.
We can ship overseas under the following conditions. If any of
the conditions are not met, the order will be canceled. Shipping
overseas isn't always easy and isn't always practical. Not all
of our suppliers can ship directly overseas. However, we will
try and do what we can for you.
Overseas orders are shipped to us, then we ship to you via US
Priority Mail with insurance. UPS and FedEx are provided only on
a "quote" basis. Otherwise, the shopping cart will configure the
shipping for you. If the charges seem excessive, submit a help
ticket and we will look into it. Size and weight affect the
overall cost of the shipping.
1. Order what you want. Our suppliers will send the
products to us. We will then assemble your order here and
package the items again if needed. If the shopping cart ends up
charging you too much, we will refund the difference to your
credit card.
2. We may have to send multiple packages depending on the
products ordered and the unique circumstances regarding shipping
in the country in which you reside.
3. Wheels and some items may take up to three weeks to fill.
We will ship your order when all items have arrived. If you need
tires soon but don't mind waiting for wheels, then create two
separate orders.
4. After all your items arrive here at EBTire Central, we
then ship your items. The whole process can take from 7 days
to three weeks. If there is a delay, we will notify you via
email. Make sure you get a receipt from our shopping cart. If

There may be restrictions on selling some items abroad, when

EB Tire Stock Out Policy
Demand for bicycle products is at an all time high. Therefore
stock outs are happening more often. Our suppliers try to do a
good job of letting us know what is in stock and what isn't and
we synchronize our databases often. However there will be times
that stock outs can occur. The following are the possible order
statuses:
When we are notified of a stock out - If the supplier
tells us the product will take less than 6 weeks to arrive, we
issue a gift card. If it is going to take longer than six weeks,
then we cancel the order.
Depending on the order and what the supplier tells us, we
will either cancel the order completely and refund the customer
or we will create a gift card and send it to the customer for
the stock out amount. Our suppliers tell us when to expect the
overseas containers and our customers love knowing when the
product will arrive.
Instructions are emailed with the gift card if the order is
placed and when we cancel an order, confirmation of it occurs
via email. An 800 number is provided with each order for the
customer to call 24 hours a day for order status.
Order status and shipping information are not the same.
Tracking numbers are not routinely furnished by some of our
suppliers so we must ask for the tracking numbers. In all
honesty, the packages go out so fast that we almost never get
