EVERY BICYCLE TIRE.COM also known as EB Tire LLC is a Tire Company that has been founded to promote and sell bicycle tires and wheels. We will accomplish this through several different avenues.
Our Internet web site is our core catalog. All of the products that we sell are first entered into our company database. We then use the catalog to learn and understand consumer habits. By soliciting feedback we evolve the catalog to better serve all parties involved.
The EB Tire business model is to promote sales both through the Internet catalog and bicycle shops. We actively work with bike shops and retailers to get customers into their stores. This is why we offer free shipping to local bike shops on select merchandise for example. Conceived by us, it allows the tire manufacturers to introduce tires to bike shops by the clever use of a paying customer who shows up one day to pick up the tires.
EB Tire bridges the gap between the internet, the manufacturers and the bike shops.
Giving the consumer choices is what it is all about so we list as many tires as we feel appropriate. Within these choices are several levels of availability.
We have Four different levels of tire availability For an explanation Level 1 is an item in stock and ready to go either from us or one of our partners or even direct from the manufacturer Level 2 is an item that we have to order, and once it comes in we can ship it to you Level 3 is an item that we elect not to sell yet but we can refer you to the right place Level 4 is an item that we can’t get and we don't know where you can but we list it as a courtesy for all the legacy applications there may be.
As we progress, our business model actively solicits customer feedback on the product we sell. We provide professional level questionnaires for product assessment, which we can elect to share with manufacturers. This serves several side purposes as well with the obvious being, that of all the companies the tire manufacturers deal with, EB Tire will be the only one to provide valuable data the companies can use,
EB Tire staff and owners are trained in tire terminology. Some even travel abroad to meet with the manufacturers, to witness the engineering and manufacturing. EB Tire has created a comprehensive tire finding system call the “Sort-O-Matic” which uses a proprietary filtration method to match customers to tires in just a few clicks. No other company can even come close to this.
Of course our tire finding system is only as good as the tires in it. This is why we have the only for real bicycle tire tester program. Customers can get premium tires for discount if they participate in one of three programs. They get great tires, the manufacturers get good surveys and we get a sale and a (happy soon to be a repeat) customer. While other websites and catalogs have good tires, EB Tire has the broadest selection and best tools for finding them.
Building the worlds’ most useable database of tires takes time and help. We compile our database from several sources including our own research. Some of our data comes from people just like you, who take the time to fill out our surveys, polls or questionnaires. A lot of this data we will share on the website and of course, with the tire manufacturers. Spread the word, we are trying to do good work here.
Down the road, our plans call for a large air-conditioned warehouse chock full of fresh and nicely stored tires. A research facility where we separate the hype from reality is planned. A retail store with shiny wheels and tires to serve our local market comes too. Hard to believe all of this for bicycle tires isn’t it?
