These questionnaires have been professionally formulated with input from at least several sources. Our goals are simple. Provide good solid valuable data the manufacturers can use and to help us in our business model. Every time a customer takes a survey a little bit of information is added to a larger body of knowledge. In time, we can see statistically what is occurring over a variety of indicators. For example, customers who take the survey may report similar experiences with a product over time. Only when you gather this type of information over time will you be able to tell the difference between what people are saying and what is really happening.

We don't share any of your personally identifiable information with anybody. We do share your answers but there isn't any way that anybody who receives this information will be able to identify you. There really isn't any money to be made by sharing the names on a list like ours and we know nobody wants anybody to do that anyway.
