Level 1 is an item in stock and ready to go either from us or one of our partners or even direct from the manufacturer

This level means that you can expect to have your product in three to seven days using normal shipping methods because the tires are in stock. Our partners and the manufacturers who participate in our drop ship program agree to have the items in stock or we place the product in Level 2. Products in this level can come from multiple locations but all are on the shelves and ready to go. Level one tires can be ordered in a hurry, just call or ask.

Level 2 is an item that we have to order, and once it comes in we can ship it to you

Items in this level are ones that we are familiar with and have been put in our database for one of several reasons. A product may be in Level 2 because we want to see how many times it is clicked on. Or one of our partners or manufacturers or us may not have the product in stock but can get it rather quickly. Typically an item ordered from level 2 takes seven to 10 days to be delivered. You order from us, we place the order with the really big tire warehouse, tires come in and we ship them to you. Not exactly the easiest way, but it gives our customers more choices. Once an item in this level achieves a certain threshold, we will order the product and keep ample stock in our own warehouse. Your input here helps us decide whether or not to do that.

Level 3 is an item that we elect not to sell yet but we can refer you to the right place

Products in level 3 are ones that we are familiar with and have put in our database for one of several reasons. A product may be in Level 3 because we are still putting enough information about the product together to move it to Level 2. There is still enough information however that it is useful to visitor seeking tires specific to applications. Another reason is that maybe we still haven't worked out basic relationships with the tires manufacturer or vendor. And yet another reason might be that we choose to put a tire in the database is because it serves to put other tires in a frame of reference. We know where to get these products if asked and can help you or your bike shop get them. Please use the link included with each of the level 3 tires to send us your questions or your feedback.

Items at this level are ones that we put into the database for reference, legacy applications, or to help round out the collection. These products aren't for sale and we may not always be as helpful as we would like to be if you were to inquire about them. As with all of our levels, we actively seek and encourage your participation and to help us broaden our knowledge of the products we carry and list.
